Validation
We only use raw materials that have producer certificates. Before we begin processing materials, we carry out in-house spot checks to confirm the data provided in these certificates. If the data match our strict standards, the materials get released for production. Production and quality requirements are continuously monitored by PDA during the production process. Deviations are brought to light, so that corrective action can be taken immediately.
The products get subjected to final quality tests before being dispatched to the customer. No product leaves our premises until all quality checks have been carried out all of which rendered positive results.
